Okay, guys! This paleo shopping list is based on what I would regularly buy and cook with. It includes pantry staples, fats and oil, protein essentials, fresh vegetables and fruit and even a few treats. Some weeks, I will do a big shop and other weeks, I will top up fresh produce, fish, seafood and meat. I love fresh food markets when I can get out there but otherwise, I resort to local supermarkets and online. I try to shop at my favourite butcher and fishmonger for meat and fish as I know they work with great farms and stock quality products. You can tailor this list to your own weekly needs or simply use it as a base when starting out with paleo.
